The Tall Man was the last film I made while I was in college. It was also the first time I directed a film that I starred in and made the soundtrack, both of which were challenging but fun learning experiences.
Partnering with my fellow cinematographer and editor, Whit Minter, we had a blast messing around with the shots and playing cowboys.
Written and co-directed by Jake Siaki, the story itself was a blast to bring to life in the wee hours of the night when we could fit in shoots between homework and other college shenanigans.
