I made Flush for AGBO’s “No Sleep ’til Film Fest” 48-hour film festival in 2023. Yup, this film was written, shot, and edited in 48 hours.
I may of not have gotten much sleep, but I had a ton of fun with my co-director and crew. To spice things up, it was shot on a Canon cinema camera that I was trying out for the first time.
Shooting this film and running from location to location while battling rain and a variety of other factors was a blast. With literally minutes to spare, I jammed out the final edit and turned it in. (In a way, kind of similar to the ending of the short)
